Impartiality policy

TNV identified, analyzed, evaluated, treated, monitored and documented the possibilities of conflict of interest and the risk related to the conflict of interest arising from the provision of certification, including any conflicts arising from its relationships on an ongoing basis. However, if any activity or relationship creates a threat to impartiality, TNV will need to document and eliminate or minimize those threats / risks and also document any residual risks. TNV must document, analyze and minimize or eliminate such threats which include:

  1. If the risk is present within TNV;
  2. If the risk arises from the activities of other people, entities or organizations.
